1. Process Flow: Installation of lamp holders and fixtures → Connection of downleads → Testing

2. Installation of lamp holders and fixtures:

(1) Measure the installation height of the lamps (lamp holders) according to the design requirements and mark it on the pole.

(2) Hoist the lamp holders and fixtures onto the pole (heavier lamp holders and fixtures can be hoisted onto the pole using pulleys and ropes), insert clamps or bolts, find the illumination angle according to the design requirements, ensure the levelness, and then tighten the lamp holders.

(3) The elevation angle of lamps installed in rows should be consistent and the arrangement should be neat.

3. Connection of downleads: Fix the pin insulator to the lamp holder, tie one end of the conductor to the insulator and then connect it to the lamp head wire and fuse respectively. Wrap each end with a layer of rubber cloth and black tape, overlapping halfway. Then, pull the other end of the conductor tight and connect it to the street light main line by wrapping it. 4. The phase wire of the lamp should be equipped with a fuse, and the phase wire should be connected to the center terminal of the screw-type lamp holder.

5. The connection point between the wire and the main street light line should be 400-600mm from the center of the pole, and symmetrical on both sides.

6. There should be no joints in the overhead section of the down conductor, and its length should not exceed 4m. If it exceeds this length, a fixing point should be added or a steel conduit should be used for the down conductor.

7. The wires entering and exiting the lamp holder should be covered with a soft plastic conduit and have a waterproof bend.

8. Testing the lights: After all installation work is completed, power on the lights, test the lights, and further adjust the illumination angle of the lamps.
